All the things for the kids , friendly staff
The AC unit and they charged my card for all three of the bookings I had for three separate rooms for three separate people that was to pay at the property. This is actually the second time we've stayed at the property and the first time we had the mechanic come down and fix our AC which didn't get very cold and even after he fixed it it still didn't get very cold and then we just left today and we had three separate rooms different from the first one we had and all three of our rooms didn't get cold enough. Most everyone likes to sleep in a cold room. I realize this is an old hotel that has been fixed up and it is really an awesome place that I would consider coming to stay at again especially with how old my kids are but the owners really need to invest in new AC units for all of the rooms because it's just too hot in Florida to have a room that doesn't get cold and although it reads 60 on the thermostat I had a thermometer with me this time just to make sure and it didn't get under 73 degrees In the room even though the thermostat stated it was "60" -.-

Breakfast was very limited. Waffle kept sticking to the maker despite spraying the non-stick liquid. Found a roach in my shower and the toilet had a dark scratch that didn’t wipe off. Only tolerate because it was in a good area

Clean and welcoming. We needed a hotel for one night, the kids areas attracted us to book this hotel. It didn’t disappoint, breakfast was excellent, the pool was also very good along with the play areas.

I booked it for the kids playground and my son loved it.
I didn’t like the side table. With a2 year old I was constantly worried he would break it or get hurt. Also wish there had been a small table in the room since it was too hot to sit outside
