Room wasnt ready until 2 hours after check in. Locks didnt work and maintenance had our front door open at midnight for over a hour trying to fix it. No clean towels at the pool in the bins. Washer & dryer didnt work. Kids bathroom was downstairs.

I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in building 1200 with a huge soaking tub ( never used )in the Master Suite. There was a full kitchen with dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer with laundry soap packets. The bed in the Master Suite was very comfortable !
I was in unit 1212E on the first floor and could hear the plumbing chase from above every time someone flushed the toilet. The sofa was very old and uncomfortable. I could hear folks talking/yelling etc. waiting for elevator outside my room.

bizarre room. large mirrors all over the room like a fun house or something? old uncomfortable furniture. tv in living is clear across from sitting area. just overall weird room setup. checking in was a total pain. pre check and regular check in.

The pool area with Shipwreck Sally's is amazing.
The sofa bed in the livingroom was horrible. Extremely hard to open. When it did open it slammed my leg and then the floor. It was a bed that is basically on the ground. Mattress is 3 parts, that move while sleeping It was beyond uncomfortable.

The servers in the bar/pool area specially the bartender and some of the lifeguards.
The pool closed the whole day for maintenance and you cant bring small coolers into the pool area. So if you have small kids who need milk you have to left the pool to get it in your room. They dont even allow water for kids you have to buy from them.

The check in process. Having to go to the time share sales team to get our parking pass, especially when she was quite off with us when we told her we did not want to attend the sales talk.

The room was nice but there's a "quiet-time" at 10PM, and they restrict the television volume so you can't turn it up past what they have it set up on.
They don't allow you to bring any of your own food or drinks to the pool so that you can spend your money on their over-priced menu at the little bar they have right in front of the pool. Their lifeguards hold too much power Too many rules.
