The room was spacious, clean, close to Disney, close to restaurants and stores. The pool is great. Ice cream night is good. The external look of the resort is fresh and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with pans although bigger casserole dishes would have been helpful.
The time share pressure is heavy handed upon arrival. A separate desk handles the Parking Pass for the facility- -they start talking about 'reduced fare' Park passes to Universal or Disney if you sit through the presentation. Only after an extended push on the park passes or free future stay at their resort do you get your parking pass for this stay at the resort. The furniture and cabinets in the condo are worn, nicked and well used. Living room furniture is not comfortable. NO traffic light to get out of the complex. The traffic on the main road can be a challenge (which is expected that close to Disney).

The size and the prize of the apartment.
The hotel advertises itself with the information that it provides shuttles to Orlando parks. It's completely fake information. There is only one shuttle per day to each park and they are scheduled either at 7am when the parks are closed or at 11 am which is obviously to late to take an advantage of such shuttle.

Nice size rooms. Loved the screened in area
Had asked for a view and not the first floor. Arrived and we were on the first floor looking at a construction fence. Also a queen bed instead of a king. We did go right away to customer service and were told they didn’t have any other rooms unless we wanted to pay extra for the 3 bedroom. But somehow they did find a 2 bedroom on the 5th floor when we said no we weren’t paying more. We were there first a total of 9 nights so we thought they should be at least trying to accommodate. Told me I had to buy my own toilet paper. Only gave us the one roll for a 9 night stay. I think it might have been the front staff didn’t know or care because we were able to get more . But all that being said they finally addressed the issues and we didn’t have any other issues.
No walking area. A parking lot to walk in unless you went out on the busy street but really nothing to walk too.

It was further south than I really wanted to be. 10am check out is to early, $150/hr for each hr beyond is not a very user friendly policy. I found it aggressive & rude policy toward the “guests”. I op-ed not to extend my stay as a result.
