Horrible nasty place i found 3 roaches on top of the sink the sink nasty floor dark but not clean sheets stain like dirty Horrible place . I had to fo to Walgreens get disinfecting supplies to clean

Convenience of being next to disney. We traveled here early and needed a couple nights to crash close to Disney World.
Mold in the bathroom, poorly renovated rooms. Filthy bathroom door. Chunks of paint missing off bathroom door. Misc chunks of paint missing in entire room. Pictures advertised on booking site showed pictures of hotel 4miles down the road.

The location was great . Staff was helpful and friendly .
The tv kept going in and out. The ice machine wasn’t working . No one came to clean room except for one day and we were there for 6 days . The floors need to be washed very dirty floors

Location OK, check-in process slow. Internet not working (funny answer was to restart our equipment - we said already 3rd item is not working, maybe restart router - yes, next working day of course it happened on the weekend).
Swimming pool we didnt try due to time limit (closed at dusk).
Breakfast was OK, above average.
What I never understand and will ask booking: I'm writing into comments especially (maybe somebody does not see the booking is for 5 people): we are 5, so we need 5 towels and bed sets. Of course it was not available (only 3), and we have requesting for bed sheet, which was not available so we had to wait until washing is finished.
Today we go to an other place, we will see if it works.

The hotel structure was completely deficient, the room had a completely destroyed floor, doors with holes, etc.

That it is close to Disney.
That the toilet paper has a weird brown odor. The bathroom door had like a punch mark in the door. There was a musty smell.
