The staff responded to my request in a timely manner. I also like that property is pet friendly and reasonable
The 1st room had roaches, bedding, and towels had stains. The other guest was noisy and just from my opinion it look like a lot of drug users on property.

Location is prime for business in the area.
Room condition and overall hotel condition extremely dated, in desperate need of some TLC. Cracked ceiling, cobwebs, door chain that doesnt work, no tub stopper, desk lamp bulb dead.

The beds were average comfortable and seemingly clean sheets.
The room smelled bad and the bathroom didn't look very clean. There were also decent sized holes in the walls.

Roaches everywhere, smelled, dirty, ac didnt work to name a few. If that wasnt enough I requested a refund (the minute we got there) and you guys refused to honor it

Nothing. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. We could not get our money back but did NOT stay. Don't waste your time or money on this hotel
Everything was molded inside the room. There were people smoking weed everywhere. For sure a drug hotel

extended my stay and was charged extra for not checking out, then coming back in 4 hours
hotel wasnt even busy, unless you consider the drug addicts staying there. one actually overdosed and died
