The staff were great, especially the lady on reception mid afternoon to evening on 02/04/2026, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The breakfast was terrible luke warm omelette, a macdonalds stye sausage patty also luke warm, low quality juices and unappealing breakfast pastries. Plastic cutlery and paper plates. Absolutely shocking.

The rooms were clean, & staff was friendly. Easy check-in/check-out. Loved the pools/jacuzzi's and outdoor movie night for the kids!
The food wasn't great at the tiki bar. I would UberEats next time. I also ordered a drink there and the menu said it was made with Patron, but the bartender DID NOT use Patron. She used some cheapy bottom shelf tequila and you could absolutely taste the difference.
