The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The fire alarm went on, in the middle of the night. It was a false alarm, but the staff did a great job keeping the customers calm.After on hour (fighter fighters went to ensure everything was okay), they clear us to back to our rooms.
The wall are not very thick and you can hear the guest next to your room. The guess were very polite and try not to do a lot of noise, but you can still hear conversation, even when they were not loud.

The location is convenient with lots of options to dine out. The hotel is sitting in a good size premises with ample well lit parking lot. The lap pool and the kiddie pool are good size and it was nice to find spa on a rather chilly day. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Connecting rooms and bunk beds are nice for families.
The building is old. Everything is functioning but it has low ceiling and lacked lighting. The room was filled with chlorine smell when we checked in because the carpet was wet with the pool water.
