AC directly on the face/body of someone in the room. Old-ish. Sliding door stuck, opening or closing.

I would book a room in the back of the property as the front, which was on the highway was extremely noisy, which the hotel has no control over.

The first room we were given you walked in and it smelled like absolute URINE. It was already 1 am at this point but the check in staff did give us a different room immediately but it’s just baffling that the room was listed as ready and cleaned when the second you walked in it was straight urine smell. Put a bad taste in our mouths for the duration of our stay and made me wonder how well they really clean these rooms.
