Very clean, staff were welcoming and a lot of options. Publix is really close as well.
Check in process was longer than expected. It’s a large resort so you really have to drive to all the options but there are plenty of parking.

Convenient and a lot to do
It was filthy. Trash everywhere….in the lobby in the pools and lazy river. Overrun with too many people which is really saying something considering the size of the resort.

The location was next to just about everything you needed.
I don’t like how early the restaurants on the property near pools closes so early by like 5 or 6 pm.

It was very nice. Our key wouldn’t work so we couldn’t see any of the amenities.
We never received any communication about our stay. I called and they keep telling me to go to reception desk that was an 8 min drive. My room key didn’t work, it was a whole issue and not one person helped us.
