It was nice..
On arrival the floors wasn't clean probably,also a dead roach was on the floor,and spiders was in the bed in one of the rooms with the queen bed..and spiders were in one of the twin beds also.the blinds kept falling apart in the living room and bedrooms,also the tub had a loud crackling noise everytime you move.the light at the bottom of the stairs was not working,and not enough garbage bags,we had to use the bags from the store to put the garbage in. Also which ever cleaning company they are working with are scammers,I cleaned everything before I left it was cleaner when I left them it was on arrival..who ever went to check the home after we checked out,lied and said we left it very dirty,the cleaning company sent the host a totally different unit saying it is the one I stayed in,I showed the host evidence that it was not my unit and he did not sent my full security deposit back,which makes me think he's working with them also.he said he will investigate and he never got back to me about the situation.if you want your full security deposit back and don't want to be lied on. do not go here they are scammers and liars.

Brandon was awesome. The prior reservation I had double booked two families, and he took care of us within 15 mins and had me and my kids some place to stay. That meant alot to me because we were 6 hours away from home.

Gate community in pool that's it
Up stairs toilet bath hanger is broke you have to put your hand in there to flush it. That's so nasty In whoever was here before left nasty underwear in the draw In that's so nasty .! The tub was drity barely had wash clothes to take showers I felt like I was about to fall in the roof it the master bed room was making so much noise washer was licking water everywhere.

one of my bedroom was molded and leaking from the roof and the orther bed had hair on the bed wasnt able to get any towels only one tv worked the first night and then the second night it got fixed I was very disappointed and will not never return

Not much.. I guess they had a fairly nice guest book with instructions in it and local places to eat. It was in a good location. Had a Walmart close by. I liked the security gate. The security people were pretty nice.
Carpets are kinda nasty, found 2 dead cockroaches in the house, the house was pretty darkly lit - not very good lighting, some of the blinds did not work or close all the way, there was a smell of smoking (cigarettes) in the air that had been attempted to be covered up, but did not work and made some of my guests feel nauseous.

Our stay was an excellent value. The townhome offered great amenities. We enjoyed the playgrounds and the pool area is nice.
The townhome needed some TLC such as caulking around the tubs and showers. We also had some issues with the dishwasher.

loved the rear patio sit in the sun wiyh cofffee and abook
front entrance light and upstairs balcony light along with phone and safe never worked sent a maintenance guy but anything beyond changing a bulb seemed beyond his capabilitiesdespite asking multiple times never did get a pool key
