The set up was nice
The lawn in the back as well as locking mechanism on the tennis court were an eyesore.
The locks on the doors of the room did not feel secure as my toddler was able to unlock them making it a uneasy stay

Convenient, Clean, Amazing location & Very Affordable it was a steal !!!!
AC unit wouldn't get to cold/cool temperature bedroom were really hot even with fan and bathrooms light and exhaust fan didn't work in one of the bathrooms. Pool had leaves and bugs.

We were put in room 512 first. Room smelled damp. Bedroom carpet was soaked, pipe from bathroom broke. Got moved to 511, much better.

The location is perfect as it is close to many restarants, shopping and Disney parks. The room was spacious and clean with a full kichen, living room, batheoom with a jacuzzitub, large bedroom, and a balcony with mosquito netting..The outside has a swimming pool, tennis court, gazebo, covered picnic area, amd a boat dcok. This exceeded our expectations and this is definitely a hidden gem!

Loved how it felt like you weren't in a city with the peaceful lake and nature! So many things you don't get at a regular hotel either and only 10 minutes from the Disney parks! The furniture all looked new and was cozy! The bed was actually TOO soft for me! I'm sure most would find it extremely cozy! Room smelt nice and was very clean! Tub and steam shower too! All for an amazing price and no additional fee for parking, can't beat that!
A/C was very loud when it was running but hey it worked super well and I got used to the noise of it quickly

The Jacuzzi tub was absolutely fantastic. I loved the setup of the room. It was nice to have a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. The view of the lake was beautiful and I loved having a porch.
We did have a few hiccups getting checked in. Our keys didn't work at first and then the room we got put into was skipped by accident by housekeeping. The girl at the front desk was really sweet and quick to resolve it by putting us in a new room.

The location
am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The staff was very rude, which is something I have never experienced before at this property. When I complained about there being no hot water in my room, the front desk representative told me there was nothing that could be done, which was very unprofessional and dismissive.
To make matters worse, I found a roach in my room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, I was overcharged at checkout even though I had already been charged at check-in.
I have been staying at this property for the past three years, visiting two to three times a year, and I have never had an experience like this before. This stay was extremely disappointing and not the level of service or cleanliness I have come to expect.
Management seriously needs to address these issues because loyal returning guests should not be treated this way.

Location very convienent. The room itself was very spacious and loved the garden tub and the steam shower. The pool area was clean and inviting and the view of the lake was nice. It sits on a busy highway but none of the noise comes through. The staff was very sweet and accomodating.
