Would have liked a chain on the entry door. Was a little outdated but nothing that would stop us from returning. We enjoyed our 1 night and will definitely be back for more stays.

easy to check in
smell of the place and the worst part was.... i was in the bathroom and someone knocked on the door less than one minute. i went out th check but he came into the room with staff keycard.. it's unbelievable. how if i was naked. He said he came to change the bulb... he should have waited til i open the door ... It's bad and i won't come back there again... Don't recommend... i told the guy when i checked out... not even one person call me to agologize... unbelievable

It is great for people who like more of a quiet setting and lay back vacation. We met people here who we met here several years ago and that was very special. The pool was well maintained and warm .The staff were really nice. The back side of the property is really nice with the lake.
The couches need replacing and the bed should be replaced. The hot water was a problem and the dish washer couldn't clean as it should becaus of this. We had to run the water for 5-10 minutes to get water hot enough to do the job. A little updating will make a huge difference. The patio and scenery from our room was really nice. The shower leaked.

The location was spot .. everything was within minutes.
They house wasn't clean at all. My son breathing and allergies worsen. Within the house due to the pet hair that was everywhere within the home. The Internet went out while on vacation. The pool nor Jacuzzi got warm.

The hotel suite was very spacious and clean. The kitchen and living room area is perfect for the family. The shower was great. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great especially after a long day at the parks. It is very close to the theme parks and is centrally located to many restaurants and stores. It is a perfect location. Check-in went smoothly and quickly. Everyone was very kind. I will definitely stay there again. It really is a great place.
I have nothing negative to say. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

Wonderful
We loved the location! The resort was nice quiet..not many amenities..but after a hectic week with the hubby and 12 year old granddaughter..all we pretty much was sleep there.
