After returning from the parks every day, we would come back to find turn-down service.
The housekeeping team cleaned the bathroom, but the tub had a permanent stain. It should be replaced or resurfaced.

Breakfast was Awesome because the menu was different everyday. It was also nice and clean atmosphere too.
The staff member Devron she was outstanding she was very friendly, helpful and excellent customer service during our stay at the hotel.
Also, the cleaning crew and other staff members were great as well and the baked cookies was great too.
Me and my family have nothing but good reviews with our stay at this hotel. We loved the location it was perfect it a lot of options for restaurants and all the stores and gift shops you can think of.

The staff was very pleasant. The manager helped us with the problems we had with our room. He made sure we were happy with the new room. He helped us move our luggage. He was pleasant to talk with. He engaged in conversation and inquired about our plans. He gave us helpful information about our visits. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant to talk with.
The hotel is on the older side. The manager explained that they were in the process of remodeling the rooms. The spray they use in the hotel can be a little overpowering. Beds are harder than normal. My husband and my shoulder would hurt in the morning, but we are used to softer beds. The rooms are on the smaller side. There is not enough counter space.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, room was clean everyday.
The main reason for booking this hotel was the free shuttle service to most theme parks, and I was disappointed. The shuttle service is terrible and unreliable. The shuttle from hotel to theme parks is always late and the driver delays us even more by chit chatting (when everyone is in a hurry to get to the park). The times of the shuttle are also a bad side because they depart after the parks opening hours, making us lose park time. The shuttle for the way back is also always late and super unreliable, you wait at the stop for a long time and don't even know if you missed it. Needs better planning and improvement.

The location is perfect, staff was good.
They charge $100 dollar deposit and they don’t put that in the page, also breakfast can be better, the potatoes wasn’t cooked all the way and the egg omelette had regular cheese instead of shedder cheese. The rooms can be better clean too.
