It’s location. Basically next door to Disney world.
Some things are a little dated and plenty of families were staying there so sometimes it got a bit loud, but nothing super crazy.

The location was exceptional for Disney (and doable for a single evening at Universal for Horror Nights).
Breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast and staff were wonderful. Nice to have hot options.
Comfortable beds and very quiet.
The shuttle times were very limited and didn't work for us so we used Lyft/Uber but those were affordable.
The curtains in the room were too short. The sun was streaming under and lit the whole room very early. Minor but could be a problem if travelling with kiddos that need blacked out. The shower curtain was also a little too short and if not positioned exactly correct let water get all over the floor.
Nothing that would keep us from going back, mostly inconveniences.

We have been many times and love the location, staff and breakfast.
TV service (provided by Spectrum) was down for 3 of our 4 days. I was told it was being worked on so I don't know if it got fixed!

It was walking distance to some shops and restaurants.
Photos weren't a representation of the hotel. It's much older and I wouldn't walk anywhere in that area at night. The staff was pleasant but we overheard talk of some kind of incident that gave us concern. Breakfast was decent but looked as though it has been cooked the day before and warmed up. Dining room tables and chairs were sticky.

nice staff, overall clean property, great location, decent mattress and pillows.
The bathroom smelled like bleach it made me dizzy. the remote in the remote was horrible the tv guide was horrible, they would benefit from an updated tv system and non-bleach cleaning products.

Great location, the breakfast was okay
The room wasn't as clean as I expected. The tub had some mold and was stained. Paint on the doors was peeling off and felt very "cheap".

The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good. Internet is good. Bed is comfortable.
It is quite a basic hotel. There is only one time that the shuttle leaves the hotel for the parks. The coffee machine didn’t work properly.
