The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. The pool was a great temperature and it was always clean. The park shuttle busses were a great touch.
The breakfast was basic but nice.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! After checking in the room looked surface level “clean” it had a very weird stench. Stains on the bed sheets and bed skirts, roaches behind the bed frame, the shower head was full of mold and grime & the toilet was so disgusting full of mold! House keeping needs to deep clean these rooms ! Not just surface level clean, the front desk staff named Leo reassured me a full refund after seeing they actually charged my card for a full stay so now I’m going to have to contact the property to figure why they still decided to charge my card I never stayed any of the days I had booked I immediately had to find another hotel else where, the reviews for this place stated it was clean I absolutely disagree with that.

Room is clean. Staffs are very nice. I love this location . Next to gift shop and food store, walk distance, very convenience.
But breakfast not good. Bacon are fake. No oatmeal, only bag oatmeal was provided. No much choice. This breakfast was worse than other hotel. So I didn’t ate breakfast in hotel.

Good location for getting to the Disney parks and good shopping options, pillows and bed were comfortable. Staff are very friendly, helpful and great to deal with. Food locations nearby are good with lots of variety and Walmart is 15 minutes walk away if you need to do any shopping. This is a value hotel with everything that entails and that is well reflected in the cost. Excellent price for people who just want somewhere to crash after spending the day at a theme park.
Not a lot of variety with the buffet, some minor issues with cleanliness of the room and not a lot of options for food in your room besides what a microwave can do. The shuttle bus is not run by the hotel but by a third party and is to be avoided where possible - ours showed up 15 minutes late and dropped us off at the transport hub with no explanation when I was expecting to arrive at Magic Kingdom as the booking implied. If you have early access or a time sensitive day don't bother with the shuttle bus.

Close to Disney Animal Kingdom. Less than 10 minutes away.
We were on the first floor close to the lobby. It was very noisy and people woke us up a few times during the night.
