Broken lamps at the hotel room. Asked staff to fix it, i think they tried but 2 hours later it came of again and wouldn’t start. Not sure why this was happening…
They ran out of stack at the breakfast. When i asked if they could refill the breakfast (there was another 50 minutes of breakfast left) she asked me how many i wanted… i said, well i can’t answer for everyone else in this room but there should be enough instant oatmeal and yoghurt for anyone who wants some. Anyways, this was aperantly very hard for the lady to understand that i couldn’t answer for everyone. I answered i wanted 2 bags for myself. She only brought 2 bags…. No more for anyone else who might have wanted some oatmeal.
Also, the plastic, plates, cutlery, cups, glases. Everything was plastic! Cheap!
And no water on the breakfast buffe???
Simple solusions if you ask me who me myself work on a hotel/bed and breakfast.

Breakfast was mid - scrambled eggs (too salty), turkey bacon (too pink looking), biscuit, cereal, apple juice, and orange juice in a very small corner. Had a long hair under my pillow and my door was very hard to close and it was not aligned with the frame

Dakota and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was better than expected. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great value and very close to Disney! Limited free shuttle service, so expect to drive to the parks and pay the $35/day. I would still recommend this hotel.

The evening staff (Theo and Rosslyn) were very nice and helpful. Each took the time to solve our needs and our stay was made more comfortable becuase of them. Theo is so nice and we enjoyed talking to him as we checked in. Rosslyn gave us a blanket for an unusual cold Orlando night. Both should be given warm thank you from both of us.
Also kudos should be given out to the breakfast staff. They work so hard to make sure all clients are fed. It can sometimes get hectic but they are always there to serve. Thank them for us.
I believe the elevator make some increadible sounds that you can hear its operation from nearby rooms. It should be looked at for normal maintenance.

The room was clean, comfortable, and fully-eqquiped. Also, the shuttles were very convenient.
- The breakfast was a little disappointing. The quality was not so good, they had plastic plates and limited sweet options.
- The rooms have no windows..

It is well maintained! Room was clean even places like windows frame, etc. beds were really comfortable. Hot and cold breakfast was really good. Staff were polite, professional and great.
It would be nice if there were a children play area, at least with a couple of building blocks, rocking horses, or something like that, something small to entertain the little ones.

The staff was nice
We had mold in our bathroom, not just a normal amount but every thing was moldy,
One of the queen beds were shaky and felt like the base was broke.
The whole property is definitely old A needing renovation.

We have stayed here several times over the years. Great location for visiting Disney World. Nice ramen restaurant very close by. Staff was very nice. We will stay here again
