Close to the parks, comfortable beds. Good if you want a place to sleep and spend the day in the parks.
Doing renovations. Pools was closed for the Memorial Day weekend. They do need the renovations, a little run down.

There were stores and restaurants nearby
The tub was dirty. The sink had a crack in it. The young lady at the front desk said all the sinks have cracks in them when I told her and I had to call someone to come fix the lock on the door because it seemed like it, somebody messing with it.

Location to the parks was centralized. Plus disney springs was just up the road.

I liked the proximity to disney, it was near many breakfast places & stores. and if we needed to travel a bit farther it still felt really close

Apparently the ones complaining are the type that want the Hilton at Holiday Inn prices. In my opinion, the hotel exceeded my expectations. When we pulled in I literally said “it looked better in the pictures” and thought “here we go, another ghetto hotel. Thankfully, when we got inside I was proven wrong. First of all, Adriana was the sweetest guest services representative I’ve ever dealt with and she has a radiant smile. The free cookies were a wonderful extra. The foyer and dining room was very clean and tidy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Were there imperfections? Yes. Did it meets mine and my family’s needs? Also yes. Was it glamorous? No. But it was cleaner, nicer and fancier than I expected. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was a great bonus and fueled us for a day at the parks. I will definitely stay here again.
Because of the location the traffic was really bad getting off the highway. Other than that, there was nothing else I didn’t like.

The room was good with amenitiies, the staff was very kindled and helpful. The breakfast had good options and cookies are complimentary at the afternoon. Parking is complimentary too. Location is very helpful to visit Disney.
Twice a week times,, the cleaning service forgot to clean the room.

Location. Breakfast. Pool.
1st floor is noisy because of breakfast area. Room was clean but sheets are very old and wrinkled with holes on. The shuttle bus is coming 10pm back, if you are going in Magic Kingdom park, fireworks are start at 10pm and park is closed at 11pm. We miss the bus and took Uber coming back to hotel.

Although the facility is older, the room was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and offers a great selection of nearby restaurants. We chose this hotel specifically because of its close proximity to all the Disney parks. Breakfast was freshly prepared every day, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The only issue we experienced was a slight unusual odor in the hallway.
