The property is run down nasty let's not even speak upon the breakfast literally disgusting floors all sticky super unhygienic. Rooms are so dirty smells pool looks horrible

We were not contacted beforehand to make us aware that none of the Waterpark was open. I was told that I would get a small refund back due to the inconvenience. It never happened.

The carpet on the rooms were disgusting. When walked on barefoot i could feel how dirty and saggy it was. My feet were black and had to walk in slippers all the time. There was a little roach on the floor on the last night
