It’s a nice hotel for the price you pay. I love all the activities and the food was great! The waterpark was so fun! The game room was awesome, so much to do. Everything, the pools, the room was clean! I really appreciated that.
Walking around the park when wet it was very slippery. More grips will be better. The room was a little dated and the towels for the pool were small. Everything is very clean though!

Disappointing
I’ve been here many times before in the past had great experiences but this time around horrible experience there’s new owners they had an adult event going on in the waterpark area with the kids are supposed to be drinking smoking very unprofessional staff. Nobody knew nothing no manager on property. It was more like a nightclub than a family resort.

I liked the way some of the staff was welcoming, the cleaniness of the courtyard the welcoming family atmosphere the resort brings.
The room that we stayed in AC did not work properly , we did not notice until the night time when we settled in the room for bed the blower fan of the ptac unit was not blowing air out of the middle only on the two sides . When I went to front desk the front desk agent tried to call maintenance on the radio and maintenance don't not answer him so I found the maintenance officer and knocked on the door . I informed the maintenance technician about my issue and he just referred me back to front desk to swap room . He did not attempt to look at the AC confirm the issue , try to reset it or fix it if possible . He claimed he had no other acs to swap it out with either however I seen they had a room offline that the AC could have been swapped from . My parents also had a separate room that had roaches . Also the beds were not very comfortable at all nor the pillows ,I've stayed in this resort many times so I know that this room in particular was recently renovated and they must have went with cheaper options for bedding etc because this room we did not sleep well the bed was not firm at all this plus the AC made it very uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet that we payed for was terrible.

Water park was fun but ran down. Beds were comfy.
Price of games in arcade. 20 bucks got you 5 games.
Floor was dirty in room. Had to use hand towel to mop the floor. All the doors stuck.

The waterpark,and room were clean. The room was also climate controlled. Cameras everywhere because of the homeless people standing on the corner and in the highway at the red light turning in. The beds were comfortable. Take a pillow. The indoor play aera was nice but locked for our whole stay. The rooms were decent for the price and for a hotel from the 70s.
No closet, Congo music blasting from pool aera and bar late at night.Waterpark closed at 6 and kids were disappointed. I had 20 dollars in tolls because the hotel is at the toll exit coming and going to the parks. Don't expect to vape or smoke outside your room because their security guard is the smoking police. Smoking section is isolated to a bench next to the back entrance close to the highway with the homeless people. Don't let the lady in your party go by herself.

Like nothing about the place. Nasty, definitely not kid friendly. Rooms were awful. Walked in and walked right back out. No compensation at all. So they got the money for not even staying there. Discussed with them and nothing. Don't do it just don't. You will be very disappointed.
Nasty rooms, floors had not been cleaned. Nasty and very old furnishings.Outdated to say the least.

The water activities were nice and the staff were friendly.
The ceiling was leaking in the restaurant and my toilet was not working for most of my stay. In my daughter’s room the tv was not working.

Price, fun for the kids.
No lifeguard at pool. Kids were wild and dangerous flipping into pool around others and small children. The "lazy" river is more like the crazy river. People playing their own music over the family friendly music the hotel plays.
