Breakfast while expensive, almost $30 for myself and my grandson, was adequate. The pool and water park were great for my grandson and it was down the street from the event I was attending. Staff were very friendly and professional.
The room was overall clean but had a slight odor as did the water. Living in Florida I understood the sulfur smell in the water . Unfortunately the room did not have a table to use for eating, but not a big problem.

Don’t know where to start.
Everything, including the wall, was so wet that our clothes got soaked and smelled without taking them out of the luggage.
We are used to the humanity from Florida, but that wasn't the humanity.
Everything was dirty, and the door from the bathroom couldn't close at all. When I asked for a better room, I was told that it would be the renovated room.
The waterpark is also in a bad shape.

The resort itself is fine, comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Other than needing a bit of updating it was great after the first night.
Misleading pictures on booking.com. I upgraded and booked a room that cost me $258 more than the basic room I had originally booked, because in the pictures of a deluxe queen, there was a full size refrigerator and counter area. I was very upset about this especially since I could have definitely saved the money with my original booking.

The rooms were good. The breakfast was excellent. The kids had fun playing in the water. And the arcade
The waterslides kept being closed throughout the day every day and the middle waterslide only open for five minutes the entire time we were there the kids were really bummed about that

Nothing.
There was a roach in my room, it was freezing and I couldn’t adjust the thermostat. There’s a store on the property, but the options for things to purchase are extremely limited. The smell of chlorine from the waterpark is overwhelmingly prevalent.
