The food from the restaurant and the service I was scheduled for two nights and only stayed 18 hours I felt like one of the staff members took advantage of me by overcharging me for items from the canteen etc there were old mattresses at the back of the hotel creating a hazard’s situation of rodents snakes spiders etc some of staff were were guests and staff associated with privileges that the real paying guests could not indulge in it was and still is a unfortunate experience that I don’t want to experience and think that future guests should not be allowed to experience a disgusted guest !!! The lazy river and the on property restaurant.
The hotel needs to be updated. No information about what is available at the hotel. Key card didn't work the 1st time. No washcloths in the room. Only 1 trash bin in the bathroom

The room we had was huge. Two bunk beds, a kitchenette, bath and a huge room with two queen beds. Bigger than any room I've ever rented. I lived in Tavares, Florida before and I had never heard of this place.
I have told all of my family to come stay here with their children. My children absolutely loved it.
The only thing I could complain about, but will not, is that the waterpark closes at about 7pm. It's still hot out and there is still plenty of daylight left. I think it should close at about 9pm.

Location.
We requested a room with a roll-in or walk-in shower and that was confirmed to us. When we arrived, staff checked us into a standard room. It was a lengthy walk to the room, dragging our bags. I called the front desk to complain and they would not (could not) direct us to another room and bring the key. They said we had to return to the front desk to get the key. After dragging our bags there, they had to admit they had 2 ADA rooms available but didn’t know if they had a roll-in shower. We waited in the lobby while a supervisor went to each of the two rooms to confirm, then we checked in again and lugged our bags again.

The pool and lazy river for the kids
The elevator floor was covered in URINE causing my family and I to walk up three flights of stairs with luggage. Not cool at all. I reported it to the front desk staff who in turn stated that unfortunately it happens a lot..

I liked the area . And the pool
The lazy river is TO SHALLOW they didnt have rags in the rooms the water slides are falling apart there is cracks in the lazy river . The beams that hold up the slides are falling apart badly . The staff was rude told us they have zero rags and gave mt husband a pool towel. The bathroom was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned . There was mold under the sink. The room floor was fifty needed to be mopped . Its a ashamed this use to be one of our favorite places me and my kids and husband go to but we won't go back again
