The A/C was good, the water park was great.
The sink was clogged, water drained very slow. The shower head wasn't good, was leaking, dripping when off. sewage smell was coming from the sink. Flying bugs kept appearing because of the smell. floor looked like it could have been swept before we got there.

Bed sheet and blanket were still wet called front desk they said someone would come and change them and no one ever did. The bathroom door was broke in half couldn’t even close it bed are so wear out that they make so much noses

Staff changed no help with not having blankets for our room had to go out and buy one didn’t give us fresh towels when asked told I need to wash the one we had I was there 3 night 4 days . The old staff was better and actually cared about guests

The grounds were nice. Not crowded got to enjoy park. Lazy river nice. Good price for room. Had tiki bar, small shop and restaurant on grounds. Good for fast cheap get away.
Room really needs updating, very old. Hard to order food, person didn't speak English so could not understand my order. The steps going up to slides are very slippery and doesn't have good traction. Fell down the whole group of steps, had to go to hospital, have a bulging disk in spine. Lots of pain. They would not do anything to compensate. This is very dangerous with running children and older adults. Not much around area for shopping or eating.
