The pools were nice and the outdoor bar seating was great too.
Water park closed too early. Many staff spoke minimal English which made it challenging to converse back and forth, specifically in the bar area.

It was not the expectation I expected for the price and the extra fees I have to pay at check in It was not in perfect condition and had a roach in the bathroom and kitchen, but the employee was very kind and professional.

The water park was the best part about the whole experience .
That they had their tvs blocked so you cant change the input my kids wanted to hook up their ps5 to play while we was in the room at night but the lady said no they block it because it messes up the tv makes no sense lol because TVs are made to hook up games and stuff idk they just want you to watch their lame cable they have . Also that our room door looked like it was kicked in .

the room had bunk beds, the waterpark
room was dirty, bunk bed mattresses were not in good shape, refrigerator leaked, we were told there was a restaurant and tiki bar "But closed to renovations" only to discover this was a lie, they are open during weekends only during certain months, just tell us that, don't lie........no close restaurants, instacart food but no dishes for the kitchen you are expected to bring your own

Great value for the Price. Perfect for small children, they had a blast
The entire facility in general is showing its age and really needs updating. The paint is peeling off of some of the slides, and the rooms are outdated. We also had an issue having enough hot water for 4 people to take quick showers and clean up after the water park. Two of us ended up with cold showers

Location
Got into the room, and right away, it had a musky moldy smell to it. The air conditioner barely worked, and in order to have the ceiling fan turned on, you had to have every light in the main part of the room turned on. The room looked nothing like the beautiful online picture. I was booked for 3 night but canceled after the first night. I would of not stayed the first night but just spent all day at the hospital with my wife and was very tired. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.
