None of the advertised amenities outside of the pool were even available they were all closed and the breakfast wasn't hot

Everything was good the lady at the reception pretty nice Laura at the tiki bar so nice to o love to come to this place
Couple staff have bad attitudes like the girl at the water park the room i stay this time closed to water park i didn't like it because was i lot people walking in the area

Nothing was advertised correctly. The place was not what I expect The pool was dirty. The play Room was dirty. The breakfast was trash and the service was horrible.

The idea of the water park with lazy river was nice
The staff was rude ! When arriving the rooms still weren’t clean so they put us in a slightly clean room with very dirty floors and toilet that was messed up we complained about the toilet no one came and fixed it we had no blankets and when going to ask for some someone had to come in the room and inspect it before giving us one and still didn’t fix toilet and th complementary breakfast consisted of extremely hard biscuits and boiled eggs everywhere had chipped paint or something leaking throughout the hotel the fridge wouldn’t keep our food cold so I’m sure it was broke as well

The clean spacious comfortable room for our family!! I Loved that the room has a full refrigerator and a dinette table for 4 tho we had 6 it came in very handy to eat and play games together!! The waterpark and pool were excellent and fun tho we had a few unusually cool days!! The front desk staff were very helpful whatever we needed-towels, information, meal tickets or waterpark bracelets etc!!
Mainly the breakfast could have been better with a little more like sausage patties and scrambled eggs hot breakfast of some kind!! But at least you had something available to eat for free!!
