I liked the facility as well as the water park. I love that it is a smoking facility n respects that as long as the guest respects the property. As well the bar staff was awesome to my mom even tho she does not drink the bar mngr gave her a alcohol free Pina colada. She def enjoyed it ❤️

The mini golf was well maintained, the pools were nice. Staff at front desk was friendly.
The supplies in the rooms, only one pillow per bed and it was small, limp, and lumpy and the kitchen supplies were also underwhelming. Tubes on lazy river kept losing air and needing to be switched out. Pool slides are only open with limited hours. Couch had spots on it, like it hasn't been cleaned.

I liked everything about the property. It was clean, staff was nice and helpful. I loved how they had so many games and activities for the kids and treats. I didn’t want to leave and we stayed an extra night

The staff was a bit rude I asked for a late check out and was told no. Also the day of check out they had house keeping knocking at the door rushing us out of the room

Love the amount of space in each room. There was 5 in our family for this trip. I have tall kiddos and everyone fit comfortably. Loved the homie feeling as well! We rented a cabana, which is perfect for the day for us. Was too expensive to rent at all Kitchens come fully stocked. We had checked and been gone for over 5 hrs when we noticed. Called the resort back up and they found what we had left and had it waiting for us when we returned. We will for sure venture back to this gem of a location.
Not much to not like about this resort. The only thing that is coming to mind, is my son wished the pools were deeper. He is also a 6ft tall 15 yr old, so if you have younger child both depths of both pools were perfect.

The room and Grounds were kept clean. Staff walking around to be sure folks where behaving. Bedroom had television and plenty of plugs.
The king bed was like sleeping on concrete. We travel very often and we have never experienced such a hard sleeping surface.
