Location
They charge you for 18% of tips with letting you know until you get the receipt. Also the rooms smells weird and the rug was dirty.

We enjoyed the proximity to everything. Close to the parks and many restaurants. The resort is perfect for families with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was amazing!

The pools were nice and clean
If this is considered a 4 star hotel, I would not like to see a 1 star. Hair all over the downstairs shower. Upstairs bathtub leaked through the ceiling vent onto the downstairs couch. Other than the clean pools, the entire placed was just grungy.

It was quiet and liked the hot tub.
Steel Basket for cotton candy was put on dirty side walkunsanitary!pool hours were displayed as 11 pm, but closed at 10.they were on time to kick you out., but not on time for kids activitie.Hots dogs at bar were burned.no soap for dishes/dish washer.

Staff was very pleasant.
They closed the water slides several days with no notification. They said this was due to the weather being 64 degrees as opposed to 65 degrees, and an unadvertised pre-planned renovation. Had we known we would have stayed elsewhere.

we stayed for 3 nights before our cruise which was 4th day.Last night we thought to use washing machine after 15 min of washing,it broke down. Called the maintenance, he said it's old and nothing can be done,end up paying $146 in laundry for soapy clothes

Excellent location, within 15 minutes from all major attractions. 2 bedroom villa with kitchen and laundry is perfect for families with kids, it was very clean and grounds were well maintained. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, lazy river and water slides.
