The resort had a really nice pool
Area.
The hotel was dirty and the staff does not watch the lazy River after 6. Kids were jumping in and not being attentive by the staff. Restaurant closes early by the pool .

Our oven did not work after waiting two hours for it to pre heat we ended up going out for pizza but cooking is important to us due to my husbands food allergies

Staff was super friendly and water slides and pools are nice. Very clean and fully equipped. I really enjoyed my stay.
Villas does need an upgrade as far as the carpet and wish it was a little more moderate but very clean and comfortable. Look more like early 2000 vacation home.

Pool lazy river activitys
Dryer didn't work had to bring home wet clothes no hot water on last day and had family come for my grand babies birthday and they spent 130$ on day bracelets end over 100.for a cabana that they only had less than 30 minutes because of the weather they should have done better

The lazy river and pool. Water slides smelled of urine and so we did not use.
We stayed 10 days room was not cleaned once during our stay. Had to ask repeatedly for soap shampoo laundry soap dishwasher soap and coffee because we could only get one or two at a time.

Wonderful
We loved that so much was included in the property like the covered playground, the activities center, and the splash pad.
Most of the time during the day there was not anyone working the cafe area so we couldn’t order anything fresh. Our coffee maker did not work and we didn’t have a way of getting a new one.
