Disappointing
There are roaches in the kitchen and hall way. We booked vacation atleast to cook, Couple of meals at home. looking at the roaches in the kitchen and cabinets and hallway kitchen are an added to come to kitchen and hall they literally sat in the bed rooms. I told about this to a service guy there, he said he will send some one, but no one shows up in our stay.

We liked how close the property was to disney parks.
The house wasn't fully cleaned. The floors were dirty and couldn't walk around the house barefoot without feet getting dirty. There was still hair on some on the bed sheets and pillows from previous guest in some of the rooms.
The manager offered to have the floors cleaned and change the bed sheets but we declined because we did not feel comfortable with the cleaning crew coming inside without us present and all our belongings out.

I have stayed at this property before and was always a good stay until this one. The beds all made so much noise the pool was dirty. The shower door fell on my husband.
The pool was diarrhea the beds all made noise and the shower door fell on my husband. I went to the front desk and I was just told to pick up the phone to talk to the company somebody answered and transferred me to a voicemail.

I only booked this resort because of the private pool, however, the pool had a dead frog in it and wasn’t that clean and was not heated. I had sent an email to this property requesting the pool to be heated, even though is Florida, is not so hot in October. Once I arrived to check in a front desk employee name Yoseph assisted me and told me there was nothing in their system regarding my message and response that the pool will be heated, he simply blamed Booking.com and added that there were a fee to heat up the pool but since it was nothing in their system it couldn’t be done. I’m attaching a response I received and there is nothing mentioned on their website or response that there’s a fee for the pool to be heated. I was very disappointed and WILL NEVER STAY AT ENCANTADA RESORT NOR I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. Also they charged so much for housekeeping cleaning and they only clean once you leave.
MISREPRESENTATION. The private pool was not clean or heated.

I like the location everything was close by
I didn't like the house I stayed it was really dirty couldn't even sit on the couches for the days I spent there every time I sat down I got very itchy. The place was nothing like the pictures there where a lot of dust and the bathroom seem like the walls where moldy and just got them painted . Did not enjoy my stay at all

The resort was very nice and very accommodating with my late night check in as well. Love the private pool with my townhouse and the resorts pools were great to get out the house. Love the resort pool are accommodating for babies.
Could have a lil more space in the bedrooms but we made it work. Master room should offer a king bed but all beds were still comfy.
