I had a downstairs room on the end! It was very convenient!
I killed roaches in my room. It took a few minutes to figure out the hot water in the tub. The tub had been fixed from a hole; I was scared of falling in. Room was not cleaned daily.

Location
Room needs attention as far as cleaning and damaged furniture. People smoking marijuana outside room ALL THE TIME! Staff didn’t say anything to them. I saw one roach…which means there’s more somewhere, probably just didn’t see them. I reserved a week and did not get housekeeping service AT ALL the entire time. Took 3 days, after losing food, to get refrigerator replaced since it didn’t work. There’s a lot of permanent residents here and they are bringing the property down. The breakfast wasn’t much of anything. Don’t count on breakfast here as you will be disappointed. They had waffles and cereal and toast. No fruit, no pastries, no juice. The parking lot area is trashy due to permanent residents. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great location and great price
The property could use some remodeling. The king size bed was very used and had a big dent in the middle. Looking outside of the room window we saw three homeless individuals smoking crack behind the abandoned building.

Located to near by groceries and property was maintained average expectancy.
The bathroom either was not cleaned or someone used it before our stay. Sheet and floor were clean.

It was roach infested.. you charged a deposit plus another $97.00 after you already charged my card.. complete rip off.. and the place is full of homeless vouchers causing problems

Room was clean, ac was ice cold. Staff was very pleasant. Property was clean. This was a last minute booking as it went super smooth so I was impressed with that for sure.
The property is closer to a rough neighborhood but we felt safe.

The wifi was connecting every time automatically.
The repair guys were friendly and immediately helpful.
No juice at breakfast - OK. But no drinking water? You can purchase...
Staff at reception - we had issues with the door key. First replacement - not OK. Second replacement - we don't believe. Third time I took a video - at reception still insisting that I put key to my phone or valet.
The repairman was friendly, changed the lock but next day we had same issue. Other repairman came, fixed it and it was running.
We were asking for some plastic plates on the evening - not available.
Only 3 towels for 4 people - sorry, but it is late evening and I don't have a fresh set...
I know that these are minor points, but when you are in this situation, that standard amenities are not provided, you go mad...

People hanging out Stan’s on all the linen and towels no wash cloths kids knocking on doors trying to sell you soda and asking you for money to buy a PlayStation from another guest ?☹️

Price
There are a lot of loitering around the parking lot. There were people working on old cars in the parking lot. There were drug heads all over the the property. I didn't stay for safety concerns. Don't go here unless you like this type of stuff.

German roaches all over.
Bed was literally hard springs with ZERO cushion.
There was literally blood splatter on bathroom walls and on floor by bed.
The ac was so loud but it did get cold. The room just felt dirty. I felt so gross after sleeping in the bed.. none of us took our shoes off except when we got into bed. Shower did get hot however was dirty so I felt more gross than when I got inside it. The roaches were in our drinks.
It needs a good cleaning, pest control and sanitized.
