It was close to a lot of stores, public transportation was a few minutes from the hotel in case you didn’t catch the bus and the breakfast was good
The beds are too old, the sofa was very uncomfortable and they forgot to put enough towels for everyone, they solve only at night the towels problem

Pool is open 24 hrs; ice machine is working . Towels were always available. Nice location.
I was told the gym is open 24 hours but I tried to go to the gym at 2300H and was told it was closed and the guy at the front desk can’t do anything about it. WiFi was down during our last day and was not fixed until we left. The lift/elevator is slow leading to long waits. Comfort suites Coffee not available 24 hours unlike comfort inn Kissimmee by the parks in which has coffee available 24 hours. Garbage not collected immediately and has been in the bin for 2 days.

Staff friendly. The location is great because of different types of amusement
The carpet on the floor needs replacing.
Room needs remodeling. Closet door gone, windows curtain doesn't remain closed. I had to pin it closed. Odor in the room.

The hotel looks nice from the outside it's somewhat decent in the inside the rooms are horrible the bed is uncomfortable and hard feels like you're sleeping on a piece of plywood with it then pillow topper on it and it's sunken in on one side
I like that they kept the outside pool area and jacuzzi area clean they clean it every day. And I like to be able to walk to Old Town.

My expectations were not high because we drove all the way from Dallas and stayed in Tallahassee and in a other confort in and it was bad dirty but when we got here to Orlando it was clean big bathroom if I ever come back I would definitely stay with you guys and we also were able to have breakfast I love my stay with you guys ♥️

Breakfast is always great. Wonderful pool and great prices conveniently located next to Disney World
Few astetics in the bathroom such as hinges on door rusting, faucet in bathtub needs repaired, door panel on bottom of door in bathroom peeling off and decor is damaged from the steam/moisture of the shower.

I loved the hot tub the breakfast and some of the staff was friendly.
It was alot of us in our room they didn't wanna give us towels and rags and we would put the dirty towels in the hallway but they didn't wanna replace them
