Few astetics in the bathroom such as hinges on door rusting, faucet in bathtub needs repaired, door panel on bottom of door in bathroom peeling off and decor is damaged from the steam/moisture of the shower.

I loved the hot tub the breakfast and some of the staff was friendly.
It was alot of us in our room they didn't wanna give us towels and rags and we would put the dirty towels in the hallway but they didn't wanna replace them

The location
I had to wait 10 minutes at the front desk for staff at first arrival to check in. The room had no toilet paper. There was no plug to fill the bath for my 2 year old. The toilets wouldn’t flush. The tv wouldn’t work. Mad service knocked on our door at 9am to see if we checked out after a long night of travel. The beds were so uncomfortable

The room 711 was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and on time. The room also had a good view of the pool below.
Upon arrival the first room I was given on the 4th floor had a moldy odor and the second room had a malfunctioning door lock. The third room was great. All rooms and especially the rooms on the fourth floor needs to be properly checked and maintained before guest arrive.

We got the king suite and it was huge! The rooms were cleaned very well and the beds were comfortable, even the bed! The furniture and carpet is a little dated and the elevator takes forever! The breakfast is a decent but it runs out quick!

I like the location and the hotel was clean. The staff was really helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very quiet. The room were big for a family of 5.
