The staff was pleasant and accommodating and moved us to a different room because of the musty, moldy smell in the initial room we were given.
The hotel desperately needs some deep cleaning services. It feels really run down and not taken care of. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you have no better options.

Having to pay a parking fee when it wasn't online about it when I rented. 30 bucks plus fees that's kind of crazy. The elevator was broken and the food was so so

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was close to I-4 which was great for getting to places around Orlando.
The hotel was clean, but the lobby and hallways seemed a bit warm which made the hallway a bit musty smelling. Before we left they were cleaning the carpets in the hallway so maybe something had leaked and they were cleaning it
