Clean room, breakfast food, close proximity to Disney, very polite staff
Should provide full service daily like other hotels in the area. Shuttle provided is nice but you lose most of the day at Disney if you use it and the ride back of not friendly either with only late pick ups . Recommended provide alternate travel information like uber numbers or public bus information to get back to the hotel

Location was close to magic kingdom and animal kingdom
The hotel is super out dated. Leaks in the bathroom, beds where very uncomfortable. Sheets, mattress, towels where old and over used, floors super dirty, paint peaking off the walls.

Location
The floor was slippery and almost fell, they did not come in to make the bed, the family that stayed in the room next to us kept us up all all night both nights since the walls are so thin.

I like the location and the free breakfast. Additionally, the daytime staff was very helpful when I was still having issues after being sent to three rooms with my toddler when we checked in.
When I got there the resort fee was different than reflected in my booking. I had stayed here before so I knew it had a fee but it was under $15. Now it is over $20 which tax. Additionally, the night staff was not as competent or helpful.

Ricardo did a great job changing the t.v from my room he is very professional.Brad was very helpful with my reservation he is very professional
They need to upgrade the rooms. T.v. is old. Pillows smell like mildew. The t.v in rooms didn't work
