Location
The floor was slippery and almost fell, they did not come in to make the bed, the family that stayed in the room next to us kept us up all all night both nights since the walls are so thin.

Staff was very nice
I was charged for the room to be cleaned every 3 days but we slept on the same sheet the whole stay.

I like the location and the free breakfast. Additionally, the daytime staff was very helpful when I was still having issues after being sent to three rooms with my toddler when we checked in.
When I got there the resort fee was different than reflected in my booking. I had stayed here before so I knew it had a fee but it was under $15. Now it is over $20 which tax. Additionally, the night staff was not as competent or helpful.

Conveniently located close to Disney Parks. Helpful staff.
No place to put clothes (outside of the closet with hangers attached to the rod). One of those pull lines would be good.
