Water issues, the halls smelt like weed the entire time and started to make the room smell. A/c didn’t work well. Breakfast was not very good.

The property is right off the main road and about 10 minutes from Disney when there is lite traffic . The room was pretty big

The location was excellent. Everything was clean.You can literally walk to IHOP,, Del Taco, and Aldis. The continental breakfast was simple but that's what continental breakfast is. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The jetted tub was very relaxing. I would definitely stay again when we visit Kissimmee.
I had to bring my room keys down the front desk twice during our stay because they stopped working.

The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The lady in the evening checking us in was very nice and friendly. The free breakfast was very nice.
Pastries at breakfast would be nice. The shower hand held faucet could not be secured, when not being used was laying in the tub.

The staff was nice and even helped us with a purse that was left at the facility. They kept it safe and bagged until we could pick it up.
The room had mold/mildew growing on the walls. The hot tub was leaking and the carpet was soaked. We did not stay at this hotel because we didnt feel comfortable with our 1 year old child walking around in mold infested facilities.
