The location was good. That's about it.
First room 311, smelled like mold. So, moved to 415 and it wasn't much better. Went down for breakfast and there was nothing in the serving trays. So, got cereal, which was stale. Then, some cold eggs were brought out, and told to microwave them. No orange juice. Ice machine was moldy, and ice that came out, also had specs of dirt, or mold in it.

The room had a bad smell. The shower was not working and we had to use a plastic cup to take the water from the tub(which had the floor discussing). They told the breakfast was from 6 to 9 am but at 8:40 the restaurant was running out on juice, coffee, fruits, yogurt. To be honest the only thing available was 4 slices of bread and cereal.

Disappointing
The hotel is in a great location but I was upset to see that it was basic the hotel needs to have some updates all around. The rooms and hallways had a smell like old or wet. The bathroom in the room was terrible the tub wasn’t clean the tile and roof above the tub was a mess. I went and brought air fresher to spray because of the smell. Also the elevator was moving slow didn’t take a chance and my Daughters and I used the stairs. This hotel needs to be updated. I was disappointed.
The room and the bathroom needs a lot of updates.

There was no hot water in my shower during my stay I even complained to the front desk. My microwave was dirty in my room....

The hotel was your basic hotel that has had some updates. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. However, the cleaning person really needs to change the vacuum and or mop buckets. The first room was horrible with the damp cloth reused over and over water smell. The desk clerk apologized and gave us another room. You could still smell.it but it was tolerable. The hallways even smelled like that(Floor3), but other than the smell the room was great for rhe price. It is dated because the sink is not in the bathroom, my daughter doesn't like hotels like that. Me I don't mind. Breakfast free and it was just that a free breakfast. There is a $50 hold that we found out at the hotel and the pool closes at dusk. Will I stay again, yes very convenient to everything. I just hope they do something about the smell.
I didn't like the smell so I opened the window and it made it better.
