The staff I used a chime card and they have to put a 50$ deposit but the front desk was really nice about it making sure if I knew
The rooms are not that good looking it was a little dirty and carpets chairs were stained the a/c was not cooling the room enough and made sounds

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and massaging thanks to the lovely showerhead.
It's in a great location as there's both an IHOP and a Perkins within walking distance, and there's plenty of other stores, and restaurants close by. It's minutes from I-4, International Dr and the Disney parks.
The breakfast was horrible. It was mostly a Continental breakfast. So we went to IHop instead.

Hotel failed to tell us at check in that there was no hot water to shower... for the last 2 days. we had to ask why no hot water.. they explained that the equipment had to be replaced.

The lady that checked us in, I think her name was Francesca, dark hair and black glasses, was wonderful. She set us up in a room close to door on 1st floor because my husband is handicap. What a blessing she was.
The bathroom needs to be remodeled, it is very old.

Spacious room.
Sheets were worn and old. A section was "yellowed and so thin you could almost see through. Toilet paper was the cheapest that could be found. Music was blasting through a speaker by the elevator. Three times during our stay I had to go to customer service and ask that it be turned down because we could hear it in our room. The ice maker was out of order so we had to take the elevator to the first floor and go to the end of the hallway to get ice.
On our first night another guest was having a fight with someone. This went on for at least 1/2 hour. It was around 9 pm. There didn't seem to be any security staff on the premises. I didn't feel safe walking out of our room during the time this was going on.
Some Breakfast items weren't fresh, like the Danish pastries.

The staff was pleasant and attentive to every request. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options.
I require an ADA room, but all of the ADA rooms at this site have only one double bed. That does not work for us. I opted to stay there based on the room rate for a nonADA room. As much as we would to stay there again, it is not an option for my needs. I would still highly recommend the site to others.
