People next door keep me up until 2am slamming each other against the wall yelling and screaming to each other they were young girls and at night the have boys coming in and that's when chaos begging I didn't see any security people around.

The convenience of parking directly outside the room was the only thing I liked. Other issues during our stay remain unresolved.
Upon arrival, our accommodations were not prepared for our group. We had six guests, yet only three towels and one washcloth were provided. There were also no bedding materials (sheets, blankets, or pillows) available for the pullout sofa. Room 110.
I had specifically requested a shower chair two weeks in advance due to a disability, and it was not provided in the room at check-in. This created an immediate hardship for us. When they responded to my initial message, they held accountability and admitted to their faults. Yet I still get a runaround of phone numbers to call and to come to the front desk when it could have been resolved through the app.
In addition, the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors felt dirty, the shower area had visible hair and grime, and the showerhead appeared unclean. The bedding, including white sheets and pillowcases, had noticeable yellow stains, making the room feel unsanitary.
Customer service was also very disappointing. I was told at 2:18am on the day of checkout to resolve the issue in person (after already messaging them through the app & they admitted fault), which was not realistic, giving I was traveling with my disabled husband and my special-needs child. Instead of receiving support I was given the runaround, and my issue still remains unsolved.
Overall, this was a very uncomfortable, poorly managed, and unsanitary experience.

The staff member on shift was very pleasant.
The area and hotel was very run down. The beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. We were in the room for less then 5 minutes, my daughter went to the bathroom and come back out and said hey there is a bug. Not just a bug, it was a massive cockroach. We killed it, documented it. Removed all of our belonging immediately and called the front desk and told them the problem and we had two infants. We would not be staying. They tried to move us to other rooms, no thanks. They did not react very much, as if this happens often. The staff member refunded us and we left for Residence Inn at Sea World.
