The pool was nice and kept quite clean and so was the checkin area of the hotel. Most of the staff was nice, especially the gentleman that worked on night shift he was quite helpful
Staff was rude, Management hid and wouldnt return my phone call, The first room we were in had pee stains that were still wet on the pull out sofa my son was to sleep on, the second room we were in the carpet was soaked in front of the bathroom door, water running down the walls, and black mold growing, and the third room we were in the carpet was so nasty our feet turned black, never saw housekeeping, we took our own trash out, nothing was ever repleinshed, the toliet tore up and i personally went and bought the thing to fix it. Overall it all sucked and would never reccommend this place ever. And to the manager.....after leaving over 15 voice mails over a period of the day i checked out until today I still have yet to get a call back and I do believe that the better business bureau will be my next call along with the CDC because we all got COVID after staying there. Quite the conisdence dont you think?

We only liked the location of her hotel but with the renovation with lot of notices you changed us $800+ for 4 nights
One staff specifically the girl sitting in the front office was worst in the world we found in our life time. She was not cooperating with the rooms we wanted where it was available, We did a trick and few hours later after her shift over I asked another reception guy and he provided good room we wanted. And there are so many other things with that lady during our 4 day stay that I cant explain.

room size was big enough and it had fridge, microwave, a safe box and big bathroom. The breakfast was grab and go, not a full breakfast :)

close proximity to the parks
air conditioning didnt work the first night. We told the front desk it was replace the next day while we were gone. The new air conditioner leaked water all over the floor for the next day until maintenance could come back and fix the leak which cause our belongings to get wet and had to was everything. The hot tub was out of order and no one maid any attempt to fix it water was green and growing algae. The tiki bar at the hotel pool never opened. there was no arcade game room. On site dining option at the restaurant (full hot breakfast buffet) was nothing more that a choice of frozen sandwich that you had to microwave or cereal with no milk, or frozen breakfast burrito placed in a brown paper bag. The clean spacious suites are terrible I had to go and ask for another room and they said they were completely booked so we had to clean it ourselves. the were no BBQ grills set up in the picnic area to cook on. the was no lobby gift shop.
In all the advertisements on the hotel website is false and misleading. It was unclean and in disrepair. We planned our family vacation to enjoy time at hotel to coincide with the weather and ended up have to find more to do at other places costing more money due to hotel misrepresentation. i believe that it is very unfair to make people believe in something so misleading.. I am very disappointed and believe something should be done.

the location was good. Lots of food options and only 10 minutes from Disney World. Wifi was good.
Not very clean. Beds were not comfortable. The shower and sink were leaking all the time. Breakfast is not all you can eat, they give you three options to choice from and thats is all.

Share towels,reserved 6 people only had 3 in room. Smoke alarm beeping throughout night. Pull out couch was busted and cut one of the kids, no extra pillows provided. Breakfast was disgusting like gas station food milk was spoiled even though in date and food listed was unavailable. Had to drive out of the away around due to construction remodel coming back in afternoon and was not informed about it at any point at check in the night before or morning before when we went for our breakfast voucher.

Disappointing
The size of the room.
Not a very clean room. Pool was not super clean. And the hot tub spa was full of brown water. The staff was unfriendly housekeeping left our blinds open after "cleaning" the room and left us no towels. Management laughed about it.

Location to Disney and it was cheap.
Room AC and bathroom fan was ridiculously loud. First room reeked of smoke so we got moved to the third floor loud ac room. Hot tub was disgusting and closed. Breakfast was a frozen burrito or sausage biscuit you microwaved.

ceiling started to fall apart over the tub in the bathroom, i got moved to another room and that one had a big crack in the tub. toilet got clogged that has never happened to me at any hotel I've stayed. also bagged breakfast
