I was unhappy with the service. The room where I was supposed to sleep had a strong smell of chlorine and mold, which made it impossible to stay due to respiratory allergies. I requested a cancellation and received no response.

Tv not working, fridge making noise. Made it extremely hard to sleep and enjoy the time I spent there. Call staff, they were nice and try best to help.

It was terrible. At the hotel reception, I paid the $100 deposit in cash, and they gave me back a torn, taped-up $100 bill. I lost my money; they refused to exchange it, even though I had given them $20 bills in good condition! Never stay here!

At checkout the lady was pleasant and said thank you.
I was greeted by a receptionist who was working on the computer. I only said “hello,” and her response was, “You’re going to have to wait a minute,” without further acknowledgment or courtesy. She was an older lady, had salt and pepper hair.
The restroom was clogged. When I went to the front desk around 9:30 p.m. to report the issue, there was no staff present. As a result, I had to leave the premises and go to Olive Garden simply to use the restroom.
Additionally, I observed what appeared to be a used tissue balled up near the cups, which made them unusable. Because of this, I was unable to get a drink.
Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The lack of customer service, cleanliness issues, and the absence of staff were unacceptable.

Room is dated and looks like it has not been detail cleaned in some time. Holes in the side of the mattress and you can feel the mattress springs. Room smells old. Large gap under the front door and the ac unit did not cool as it should.

The whole room needed a really good wipe down with cleaner and a magic eraser. They didn’t have body wash so I had to use shampoo. It was easy to hear the neighbors. And they didn’t tell us where our room was or where to park when we checked in

The breakfast was regular hotel breakfast. I only Ate it twice. It wasn’t something I’d go out of my way for.
Literally everything. The room was atrociously dirty and the door didn’t latch properly
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room had a strong mildew smell that never went away and made the space feel damp and uninviting. The television did not work at all, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.
Even more concerning, there were spider webs on the walls, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or inspected before being given to a guest. The biggest issue, however, was the bedding. The sheets were stained, which is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel setting and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and standards.
This stay did not come close to meeting basic expectations for comfort or hygiene. Until there is a clear improvement in maintenance and cleanliness, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.
