Disappointing
The size of room is great.
When we arrived they said no first floor available even though I had messaged property that request the girl said they don't read those then when I said I would call and request refund because I can't do stairs magically they had a ground floor available the same room we had a month ago so I asked if door was fixed and microwave switched because it threw sparks last time and she said yes shocker neither was in better shape. On Saturday morn at about 715 I was awoken by loud air compressor only to find the Sub contractor who had trailer parked in handicap space for at least 2 days thought that was a good time to make a lot of noise never mind I should have called local police and had them ticketed but I didn't and got angry with me because I was ticked at the noise so early. Go figure I'm ticked because I'm on vacation and didn't want to get up so early. The floors were filthy we do not wear shoes in side and feet or socks we're black from filth. Then on Sunday morning went for breakfast and nothing but waffles available no muffins or toast or eggs or fruit nothing but waffles. Not impressed have it a second chance you know everyone has an off day but this was bad. I don't expect 5 star service but I do expect respect.

The fact that the property was big enough for the value, but that pretty much is where it ends.
So, at first, my daughter and I were greeted kindly and even was allowed to be checked in early, which was greatly appreciated after my drive. I was told that if I needed anything to dial 0 on the phone. After just getting into the room, which was clean until I looked under the bed and saw an eaten lollipop, I took my daughter out for dinner and returned to go to bed for the night. My daughter noticed a red substance on the blanket and took it off thinking we could just take care of it in the morning, but then, under the blankets on the sheet was blood. I went to go dial the front desk, only to finds that there was no phone in the room. I used my cell phone and told the lady at the desk that we had bloody sheets and that if someone could take care of them, but was told that I needed to take them to the front. I wanted to make sure I heard her correctly, so I repeated her. She told me the same thing and my daughter agreed to take the bedding to the front. When she came back she came back with a bag of new sheets and we made the bed ourselves. If you want to continue working on duties at home, my suggestion would be to just rent an RV to take care of yourself. Not only that, I was very upset at the fact that my kid had to touch bloody sheets. Afterwards, I made sure she cleaned up well. The beds were also completely uncomfortable and I spent four sleepless nights in this place, mainly because it was already paid for, but because I was trying not to ruin my trip with my daughter. I was told that the hotel was remodeling, but that is just rediculous. Not only that, the bath tubs are one slip away from being a lawsuit with no traction to step on, and my car bottomed out every time I came to or went from the property. You also have to make sure that you have their complimentary breakfast between 6-9 in the morning, and not allowed to bring to the room… so why have mini fridges in there?…. I’m a little curious about that one….

I passed on the breakfast and would have liked a stand in the room to place luggage. Also, the bottom of the door wasn't sealed at all and I was concerned that critters could get in there.

They charge me $100 for security deposit and I have left for three days and money is still holding in their hand. I did not know this information when I booked the hotel. And I stay there for two days and no one come to clean the room removed thrash.

The staff were excellent. Location was close to the places I visited.
The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom, the floor was super dusty. The mini fridge made a loud noise every 10 minutes. Iron didn’t work but was replaced as soon as I reported it.
