The staff was great, the room was clean, all the appliances in good shape, TV big enough with all channels and great reception, great area, all big stores within 5-10 minutes.
However the general areas such as halls, stairs and elevators were really dirty and the elevator smell was extremely unpleasant.

The room smelled clean and it was clean
The room didn’t have a phone so I had to walk to the front desk for things that should have been in the room. Also there were roaches. There was no coffee maker in the room and there was not available at the front desk. Also, there were two beds in the room, but there were not enough towels and when we went to get towels, we were giving a attitude from the night desk about wanting towels also they shut the television down at 7 AM so I had to get someone to shut it back on. I’ve never been to a hotel where they shut the TV down on you before you check out. in the bed wasn’t comfortable.

This property is not one for guest who are traveling for leisure purposes. It is also used as a residence accommodation for several Florida natives. There were several instances where police were stopping and interrogating people on the property. This feels very unsafe. Young adults roaming around all types of night, as if it’s a hangout. The AC in the room started leaking and created a huge puddle that I walked into after being out for the day. I called it in and after having several no answers, someone finally answered and reassured someone would be by. No one showed up. Not even to at least bring extra towels to mop the puddle up taking up the entrance to the room. Luckily I didn’t have any bags on the floor near the AC unit. The tub and walls horrendous, toilet hardly would flush. Overall they should pay any guests traveling from out of state in leisure or vacation to stay there not vice versa. Then to take an additional deposit is insane to stay here.

the pool was clean. full sized fridge, beds werent terrible. staff was really friendly.
location, passed the entrance multiple times, no real signage by the road. no easy access power outlets, all outlets were loose, plug kept falling out, and had to get a power strip to have enough for everyone. floors were not clean. sketchy long term residents.
