I liked how everything looked, the hotel itself looks nice the outside isn’t that bad and convenient stores around
Looks aren’t everything, the hotel was dirty and did not seemed clean at all, too many pieces of dead roaches and insects, I seen a live cricket under my bed and bugs all over the floor and in the bathroom, I will not be going back here unfortunately

Flooring is sticky pad for roaches. We should always be on shoes else it sticks to feet and worsens as we walk more in floor barefoot.
Washrooms are okay, but smells bad. Wish they add a tiny aroma

I don't receive my room upgrade
ac unit leaving for a month and not having it changed or fixed.
having to use bunch of towels to soak the water out. draining a container almost every 35-40 minutes.
room drenched in water from the ac unit almost to the bed by the bathroom
