Everything. My family has stayed at the property for a few years now and they have never disappointed us. The management was very accommodating to put early check in and selection of room.

Very clean and large rooms.....the bathroom was huge. We had a corner tub and a large shower. In the bedroom, the bed was comfortable and the room was very large with a tv. The family room had a sofa and chair with a large tv. The kitchenette worked for us with just a microwave and small refrigerator/freezer combo. It had plates and flatware along with other dishes to use. And a small kitchen table. We did use the washer and dryer a few times which was a great addition to the unit. They even left a starter package of laundry detergent. The property is located across from Old Town and only about 15 minutes to Disney.
We were on the top floor. The bottom units have sliding doors to an outside sitting area. That would have been nice.

Everything! The villa was very nice and clean. Front desk was extremely friendly. Pool area was very clean and the spa/hot tub was very relaxing . It’s close to everything , right next to old town . Yet set back off the main highway and a bit secluded , we even saw deer in the mornings next to the woods .
The pull out couch mattress is not comfortable and lumpy. That was the only negative. But I’m sure if we had said something they would’ve fixed it , they were very accommodating.
