Property was well kept. Room was very spacious and over exceeded my expectations.
Bed was very hard and shower did not get very hot at all. More like Luke warm.

Location was perfect. We were able to walk across the street to Old Town. The 2 bedroom Suite was better than the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. This is a 2 story suite. The king room upstairs has a garden bathtub, and a small kitchen. The queen room downstairs has a full kitchen. Both had dining areas and comfortable living space. Plenty of space, clean, and friendly staff. Looking forward to staying again!

The space inside the room was nice.
They could have done a little better job cleaning the room. Dead insects in the tub and carpet was dirty.

Poor
I was the guest who fell into the “house downstairs” trap.
Normally this would be bad enough, even if you had a civilized couple staying upstairs, since the wooden construction has NO sound absorbers.
In my case, a couple arrived at 1:15 AM making all sorts of noises like dragging furniture, turning on devices, talking loudly and walking as if they were marching. This nightmare lasted two hours !!!!!!
Was there anyone at reception at that time to report the situation? Of course not! I had to call the room to ask for the noise to stop immediately.
Apologizing in the morning after I've had a whole night without sleep is definitely not enough. I hope no one else has the misfortune of going through this situation!

We loved our suite! The room was perfect, enjoyed the tub, the bed was comfy, and the AC worked wonderfully.
The bathroom electric plug blew, so wasn’t able to use my hair tools.

Great location. Room was decorated nicely. Bed was comfy. Nice that it's across the way from Old Town.
The person who checked us in was rude. Also, did not like the knocking on the door to remind us to check out at 10:01 the next morning. Unnecessary. Staff was not friendly.
