Old Town ja right across the street, with rides, food, shopping, nightlife, etc. It can get a little noisy until it closes at 11pm.
The beds were extremely firm. Wasn't 100% sure how check-in worked. It wasn't clear if there was an office, or if a code would be provided for self-entry, until we arrived onto the property.

I love the location as well as the apartment itself. We were able to walk to the main area to get dinner after the parks. I would definitely go back if I visit Orlando again.
The furniture is good quality, but is not modern. That's completely fine though!

The policy is that they are not providing cribs after 5pm, so if you check in in the evening you have no bed for your baby. When I asked to cancel my reservation since a crib for my baby is crucial they were not willing to wave the cancelation fee and basically locked me to this situation. Eventually after multiple calls to booking.com they were willing to leave a crib for me at the front desk. I wasted hours on those calls and it ruined my entire experience with this place. This policy is annoying and they way they handled it all along was even more annoying. The kiddie pool was not heated even though the regular pool was, so my baby could not enjoy the pool. Very basic facilities. It was clean and location was good.

When we FINALLY got into our room after waiting over 2 hours after check in time, we were pleased with our room. It was very clean.
Our room wasn’t ready for over 2 hours after check in time. The manager, Tay, would not even come and speak with us. We also tried to cancel through booking.com and the booking employee never called back to verify the refund. It was a VERY BAD experience.
