It was a nice size suite for the price…the back of the property backed up to woods which was pleasant. The staff at the front was helpful & kind.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The rooms were so loud- we could hear everything beside, below & above us and of course the amusement park across the street. The maintenance man walked into our room at 7:00 in the morning but didn’t speak English so couldn’t understand why- he wasn’t wearing any kind of uniform, so it scared my children.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the fridge leaked inside and when the cooling motor shut off it sounded like a knock on the door. But other than that it was in a convenient location for sure.

Perfectly located with Old Town Park within walking distance. Exceptionally clean with a wonderful staff. Planning to stay here again.
Definitely a family friendly resort which can be a little noisy based on the little ones excitement. Still a great place.

The layout was nice and the kitchen was easy to use. Even though the decor was very dated it was still very pleasant.
The faucet in the shower did not work normally. I had to jiggle it to make it work properly. The hot water was difficult to start. The bed was not very comfortable at all. Most hotels and resorts that I've stayed have had pillow top mattresses. This resort had a somewhat worn out boxspring type mattress. It was not comfortable at all. The carpets didn't feel very clean but it was okay. The lighting set up was confusing and some switches didn't seem to correlate with any lights.

Bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky! Couldn't move at all without squeaking.

Didnt really like it took the last day to get towels for rook but overall it was a wonderful stay. Just the communication was poorly and the laundry guys couldn’t understand English

My family could not get in the unit key did not work security guard would not let two seniors one my wife with id and key and envelope keys were in to enter for about an hour because she was not me Robert how disgraceful is this I was in sleeping in the morning both keys would not open the door get your security on line he does not work nasty think about it two seniors outside and he would not let them in really. Some security guys can’t be trusted or trained where were the to go sleep in there car We have been vacationing there for some 20years plus so many problems no welcome pack no breakfast really. But spotless thanks for that girl on the desk very nice gave us late check out thanks

Loved the room, very clean, and the location was great. You can hear the amusement park across the street but wasn’t that bad at all.

I loved everything about the property! Quiet, clean, safe area and easy road access. Staff was very friendly. Absolutely loved the privacy of the back screened in deck!
Appliances are a bit beaten up in the rooms. Oven door didn’t close all the way. Dishwasher didn’t latch. So they could probably slowly start updating those.

The location is wonderful for us!
The rooms need a deep cleaning and the carpet is rather dirty and old. The lady at the desk could not find any extra coffee pods and wanted me to get up at 7:00am to come back to the front desk.

We checked in early with no problem. Super clean! Very close to our venue. Very roomy
The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced. The springs were in our back and there were springs sticking out on the sides. Scratched our legs. The other rooms were great for the other guests.
