the area was bright and designed well. it was easy to walk around the overall area
rather noisy, or maybe just my room. they had me right next to the maintenance room and throughout the night I heard random weird noises and talking coming from the bathroom. the hotel is not the best as being accessible for people with mobility issues.

Everything was available in this apartment especially the kitchen
The bed mattress was not comfortable and it really hurt my back and I also noticed that there were baby cockroaches running around the living room and the kitchen.

Nice amenities, had everything we needed. Close to many things and the strip outside Disney
The carnival was a bit noisy across from the site, but nothing can be changed about that. The back bedroom was much quieter.

The location is excellent.
And thevpr8ce was very good.
The furniture and carpet etc were a little dated. But they worked. The staff was not friendly and acted like it was a pain to talk. I was interested in possibly joining the properties others properties but not after trying to information from the two different groups that run it. They were not interested in answering my question etc. Then they had no br9chures about other properties. She wrote a number on a piece of paper and and to contact them. Then referred me to the other desk who basically got up and walked away. So that time share went down the drain. No reflection on the property though just stay and don't go to front desk it was perfect otherwise.

Location to all things Disney.
We were a group of 5 adults and facility only issues 2 room keys per policy. This was difficult at times due to our party size and differing plans.
The front door is not sealed properly and all noise and weather come through.
The furnishings, tile and carpet are outdated and the condo is in need of a refresh.
We requested extra pillows and blankets but didn’t get them until the day after we arrived.
Be prepared, there are only 5 bath towels in the 2 bedroom condo.

Absolutely loved the location, and the room was comfortable. I appreciate how comfortable the room was for my family and I. For a family of four it was important to have a space that was functional for all of us. Kitchen was fully stocked for us to prepare meals and everything. There was even a washer and dryer for us to do a load of laundry.
The towels were a tad rough and small
The trashcan in the kitchen could be a little bigger.
T.V channels were inconsistent with the guide provided.
Other than those minor things it's a solid place to stay.

They did not have my reservation so would not give me a room to stay. I ended up driving back home 1.5 hours after spending a very long & exhausting day at Disney. I was extremely unhappy how this ended our day. Booking.com was great about refunding me what I had paid.

Beautiful place, sets back away from hustle and bustle.pool was large and heated, many tables and chairs. We saw turtles and small alligator in pond next to pool. The kids enjoyed both pool and playground! The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped for cooking. The beds were ok, could have been better. They offer plenty of soaps, lots of kitchen towels. The balcony was screened in. Would definitely stay again.

Elevator was only on one side our room was one other side. Had to walk far to get down to first floor room was six floor by stairs only side.
