Staff was friendly but the non smoking room smelt like an ash tray. I'm a former smoker that has a bad sense of smell so for me to smell it, it had to be BAD!! The people staying next to us had music blasting until 4am and I guess nobody at the lobby cared. Literally the worst experience at a hotel EVER!

The location was perfect.
Facility was in the process of updating under new management. Nice updating.
Room was not deep cleaned. There was something (chocolate?) on the light switch plate and the counter. I had it all over my hands. Felt like cleaning could step up

We booked two rooms, one for my husband and myself and one for my daughter and her family. Our room was fine but when my daughter got there and checked into her room, there were drug baggies all over the room. She went to the front desk to ask to be changed to a different room and they informed her that there were no other rooms available. Also, whenever we went to walk our dogs, we noticed drug baggies spewed all over the packing lot. She then realized that the door to her room did not close and could be opened at any time but just giving it a slight push. Again, she went and asked for another room and they informed her that she was stuck because there was nothing else available. So the entire trip, she had to put all her stuff in our room whenever they went out of the room.

Bed was comfortable.
There is a $125 cash deposit due at check in. There were people hanging around the front door smoking. There were also people in the parking lot playing loud music working on their car. The place was very unclean. The room had a foul smell.

Front desk staff were friendly and courteous.
Hotel requires a $125 deposit in CASH. They don't accept credit or debit cards for this deposit. There's an ATM in the lobby, which I used as my bank was too far away, that charged $5 to withdraw $100. There was NO WIFI despite the hotel advertising it.

Cleaness, room standards ( no soap, no towels, no amenities). The room smelled so bad. The deposit of the hotel most be in cash!!! Why?? I use to stay in many hotels throughout the country and this is the only one where costumer has to pay in cash.

Staff was friendly. You can tell theyve done some remodeling but not by a professional. Door jams were cracked questioning security. They were nice to switch out the mold stained pillows
Pool was half empty, filled with trash and had a top coat film on it. Ice machine did not work. People clearly also live there long term. Mandatory $125 cash deposit. Floors gave us black feet.
