We booked a 3 bedroom standard villa but we were allocated a 5 bedroom townhouse. It wasnt in the location we expected, but it was still in a good location. The villa was beautiful and more than we could have hoped for.
Honestly there was nothing about the property that we didnt like.

We absolutely loved the house! However the house is this picture is not the house we received. We were still over the moon with the house and the management. Ivor was awesome whenever we needed to contact him . We had a couple things we had to bring to his attention and he was right in it. the house is beautiful and 99% clean. Im a clean freak so that why I cannot say 100% . Again though there was no reason to complain at all. I would suggest unless you are in the dead of summer get the heat for the pool . it was quite chilly. we still enjoyed it.
probably the only thing was the location (for us) just since this was our first time to Fl . we didnt understand Fl traffic. also a suggestion would be to have a tv in the childrens room . our son sleeps with tv and so he slept in the LR so we saw the light through the over head window into our room . one more thing would be to get some black out curtains for the main bedroom. there is a huge streetlight out there at night and lights up the whole room even with the shades drawn.
ps no bed frame for some reason in the queen room . it sits directly on the floor . was underwhelmed with that and in that room we found a bunch of candy wrappers upon arrival. so maybe better spot cleaning . Again if you want the bang for the buck stay here. we really really enjoyed it .

Very spacious house with 4 bedrooms, instead of 3. Big swimming pool (we didn't use it because of weather). Pool table in the garage.
The location is not the one announced in Booking. They give the location just after you book. The beds are really noise. Specially the twins. The hokey table in the garage was not working. The crowning could be a little bit better, although was not bad.

spacious, my son loved the pool table
unfortunately it wasnt very clean, lots of rover ants on the work top and floor of kitchen. dried up cheese and crumbs in oven, bottom of larder, fridge and dish washer poorly cleaned. filter in washing machine filthy. layers of dust on bedroom curtains and lamp shade, skirting boards in all rooms dusty, area around toilets not cleaned properly, main toilet was very noisy when flushed and initially did not flush properly but my husband fixed it. The blinds in the room that was decorated for very young children were broken so my husband took them down to fix and then we discovered how extremely dusty they and the pellmet were . The pool area was really dirty, with a dead frog and a lizard beneath one of the lounge cushions. The outside furniture was really old, tired and disgusting looking. To be fair when I highlighted some of these things to the landlord he said he would get his cleaning staff to re clean the villa but if their standard is poor youre never going to get a good clean. The curtains remained the same, skirting boards and area around base of toilet untouched, the area around the pool was power washed and did look so much better but the inflatables we had in the pool were filthy as the dirt from the area around the pool went straight in the pool

beautiful home. exactly what we needed for our extended stay in the area.
the patio door didnt close all the way. there were sugar ants in the master bathroom. there were carpenter ants outside the pool area at night. there were to areas on the lanai that the screens were torn. the pool was not clean. All things that were minor that did not effect our stay. We had an excellent time.

Spacious and comfortable for the most part. Local stores and restaurants are a short distance. Very quiet stay.
The thermostat should be set a little more comfortable during the day .
