The convenience of how close it was to where I needed to go.
The doors didn’t shut all the way, the smell was horrible, the temperature of the room sucked , the sheets had cigarette holes in them, the refrigerator wasn’t cold, and also the TV was messed up, the remote was barely working.

Nothing, was so bad!
Very dirty! Ceiling with water spots and holes above the beds, Spiders in the corners and mosquitoes non stop because gaps in the door. Burns in the blankets and dirty sheets. Rented for 2 days and checked out in 1, it was that bad!

Very friendly staff. Convenient to I-4 and Winter Haven (where I was working).
The big bummer was, even on Google Maps, it was described as having a pool, but when I got there, the pool was filled in with dirt, like they may be doing away with the pool. Towels a little thin but that's nitpicky. Great interactions with staff!

I made a reservation through Booking.com for two adults. When I arrived at the front desk, they asked how many people were with me. I said we are 2 adults and my child, and they told me that I had to pay a different amount because it was for three people. I explained that it was a child, but I still made the payment. Later, I checked the website where I made the reservation, and it showed that children don’t incur extra charges. However, they still charged me as if we were three adults. I called by phone because no one was at the front desk and asked to speak with the supervisor. They told me it was the same person who attended to me. I explained the situation again, and she responded that there was nothing she could do and that I would have to wait a week until the manager returned. I told her I wouldn’t be available by then, and she replied that she wouldn’t be there either. When I asked for the name of the person in charge, she said she didn’t know.
There was a serious lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this place. The blanket had cigarette burns, the towels were stained, and there was a strong smell of old wood and humidity.
