Price was great, old school motel.
Owner/operated motel remodeling it by themselves 1 room at a time.
Feels safe, rooms are clean and minimally furnished with necessities. It took really having to watch my budget for me to go here and much to my surprise it's better than more than a few of the name brand hotels.

Didn't see bugs anywhere, and it was surprisingly quiet!

This is a great place to stay if you have to stay in the area and don't want to spend a fortune, The rooms are dated but spacious and comfortable, The couple that take care of this place are friendly and do a great job. It's sad that the restaurant is no longer open but it's what to expect in this day and age. Don't expect the Marriot, but it's a great place to stay and feel safe, great location.

Room price was cheap. It starts and ends right there. Not looking for 5 star place, just a room for the night. Staff was very helpful. Across from the local Police Department so that was nice.
Shower room floor was dirty. Ashes on the floor by the tub.
