We love Regal Palms. We come every year. We have a family of kids ranging from 21 to 6 and they all love it. Resort is beautiful, centrally located.

Everything was a good experience except the arcade. Was a nice place overall. Would stay again if in the area
Arcade wasn't to great. Some games didn't work and no sign was posted saying out of order. Could use a update.

We loved everything about the trip. Wish it wasn’t cold and windy so the kids could use the pool. But we had a blast.

We have stayed several times and like the layout of the resort. Great community to walk around. Pool area was great with space and availablity of chairs, food and drinks. Staff is always friendly.
Would have been nice to have one of the pools adults only, maybe the smaller one? During the week we stayed it wasn't too much of an issue but on weekends got a bit hectic. Also, consider more bartenders during busy times. Lastely, coffee filters were not provided.

I wish the condo owners would consider stocking with pool supplies since it’s hard to bring when you’re flying that way you don’t always have to buy them and then unable to take them back home

there was NO WIFI we called Friday night and got NO HELP AT ALL, we where there for Business, TOTALLY Killed us. They said Saturday they might get out to check, again NO help I will NEVER COME BACK or Recommend this

The house was huge. The beds were comfortable. The dishes were clean. Everything, minus water line to the fridge, was in working order. It was a perfect central spot to everything we had planned. Some staff were alright, but front desk staff were exceptional. Pool areas were clean, plenty of seating and it never felt crowded.
Some pool staff was rather unhelpful, but this was made up with excellent front desk staff.

The property wasn’t the problem. My problem was I booked a certain room and when I got there, I was assigned a different accommodation that didn’t work for me and my family. Trying to get that changed took seven hours.

I’ve been to this property numerous times. It is always kept beautiful, amenities were great, location is excellent, condo was nicely equipped with the extras like dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags (which not all do and it is helpful)

The complex was clean and safe and the villa was lovely, comfortable and clean. Shops and take aways just round the corner which was very convenient.
