The are dirty and need to be painted there no waffles but have a waffles maker. Didn't get enough sleep due to some drunk guy pulled the fire alarm It was the worst place place to be

The lizards that came to visit outside the sliding door.
The carpet on the floor was very dirty. The pool was supposed to be fixed before we left and it was not. There is no countertop in the bathroom or around the sink to put toiletries. The bar to hang clothes on was too close to the floor to hang clothes on.

The staff were nice, friendly
The desk and dresser had months, if not years of dirt on them. There was some disgusting liquid that had dripped and dried on the tv screen and never been cleaned off When I turned on the A/C it filled with room with an awful smell.

I didnt stay there i just checked in, while checking in there was one creepy guy standing at the front desk and been watching since i walked in and there was other guy sitting outside watching. I left once i checked in

Location
No hot water, internet didnt work, building run down on inside, dirty, smelled bad, holes in the wall. Bedspread have cigarette burn on it.

Beds were comfy
Wifi didn't work, I never could connect, telephone in room didn't work so I couldn't request a wake up call and I couldn't call the operator and tell her wifi wasn't working. I called office on my cell phone and she had no clue which wifi was the wifi for the hotel. The one she mentioned didn't show up as an option I could connect to on my phone.

The staff was amazing, very helpful, very good manned. Beds were comfortable
The smell of the room, there was NO hot water at night, the toilet was dirty, there was black scum at the bottom of the bowl. none of the plugs worked.
