The Rooms did not match the outside of the hotel. The rooms were upgraded and comfortable, and clean. It wasn’t bad if it’s just to sleep but the hotel in general doesn’t look welcoming.
The outside of the hotel looked like a motel, very ran down and breakfast did not offer much. No cooked food just the regular cereal and bagels.

I thought they had a pool and it was closed so my family couldn't swim. The manager was very rude. The room was not clean it had roaches in the room. The wifi was horrible the whole experience was horrible I won't ever go back again

I hated everything when I checked in they didn’t inform me pool was working, hot water in the room wasn’t working for 2 days, changed my room a/c wasn’t working, we killed more then 10 fruit flys in are room behind the bed had old food horrible horrible they didn’t even care no good morning from no one front desk always had a attitude, dumpster had a fire in it they didn’t inform no one

Everything! The place was under renovation, and there was no mention of that when booking the room. It was a freaking disaster, it was so ghetto.

The bathroom was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The room was neat and tidy but had poor lighting in the room itself, not in the bathroom though. The AC appeared to be stuck on and unresponsive to the buttons on the control panel. After freezing half the night because was so exhausted that we just didn't want to deal, I discovered some sort of control box attached to the bottom of the AC and half out on the floor attached only by two wires. After inspection it appeared to be some type of control or switch box and when it was moved it appeared to have cut power to the AC unit entirely but after freezing due to it constantly running and there being no comforter or blankets on the bed or in the room the not running/not responsive condition was definitely preferable than living in the Arctic wasteland.
No comforters, broken AC unit, no temperature regulation, no home office/business/work center available at all. The pool area and water was clean and maintained yet the surrounding lawn area was filled with clutter and random debris but it's quite obvious that no one living there really takes that sort of thing seriously. The landscaping potential is there. The work just needs to be done to finish cleaning things up around the place in order to make guests more comfortable and provide a use forl higher end opinions

There were roaches in our room, it was dirty and smelled musty. When I went to speak to staff to get a refund for the next night because I was not staying they couldn’t help me. Breakfast was bare minimum

Water pressure poor extremely limited hot water pressure. More like trickles in shower , lighting could be better. Had to go through another building to steps as the steps in our building were closed.room spelled musty! Dirty towel left in open area

It wasn't safe, I didn't stay, and requested a refund. There were filthy carpets, broken doorlocks, cracked windows, peeling paint, and the pool was shut down by the health department. I have pictures!

They are under construction they should not have been open. Air-conditioning was broken, and when we walked into the room, there was bugs. and the pool was closed. You couldn’t even go in.

The front desk lady very nice
We arrived late at night and immediately noticed a strong feces smell in the hallway. Since it was so late, leaving wasn’t really an option. The bed itself appeared clean at first, but it had a plastic mattress cover that was very uncomfortable.
The real issue started when I went into the bathroom and found 6–7 roaches, including some crawling on my toothbrush. It was extremely disturbing. I couldn’t sleep at all and just waited for morning so I could leave.
To make things worse, I later noticed 3–4 small baby roaches on the bed and near the floor. This place clearly has a serious pest problem and needs immediate attention, including professional pest control.
I would not recommend staying here.
