Disappointing
I liked the location.
I didn't like the insect I killed in my first 10 minutes of being in my hotel room. I also didn't like that I turned the shower on and the hot water never got hot. I turned it on for about 20 min, and the shower never got hot. But the sink water did turn hot. I was very dissatisfied with the cold shower water.
I decided to check out early and leave for home earlier than I wanted to, because of how dissatisfied and disappointed with my hotel room.

The musky smell on the hallway and room, refrigerator not working properly, maid at the door harassing us from 5 minutes to 11AM until we left the room at 11.

Fantastic, fresh & spotless newly re-furbished king kitchen suite with large sofa and a pool view; so new that several items still had protective film on them!
The aporoach to the hotel and the corridors are passable but the refurbishment is ongoing so should improve other areas.
The room was not equipped with any utensils, plates, no toaster, no kettle, no clothes raíl, no ironing board, and they were not available from reception.
Is there any point in having a (brand new) kitchen if there's nothing to use in it.
Upon check-in I learnt that there was no breakfast for the duration of my stay, which was a let down and not what I expected. I would have guessed that provision for tea, coffee breakfast items 'to go' would have been provided...
Due to these misgivings my overall score is marked down.

Nothing elevators, it’s smell moldy!!, the room stinks and bathroom was dirty even the towels were yellowish, I didn’t even get a body wash

The room itself looked newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked well. The TV was nice also. Good lighting.
First off, there's no elevator. They gave us a second floor room without asking if stairs would be ok. Upon settling into the room we noticed a bunch of fruit flies all over the room. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were several questionable spots on the floor of the shower as well as several random hairs around the bathroom. A lot of construction all around the hotel. We were told there was breakfast provided. Woke up early to go eat...we were informed there was no breakfast today. No explanation or anything. The staff wasn't very helpful or informative.
