Location was excellent for getting to I-4, Route 192 and US 27. It gave you the option to stay off the Interstate if traffic was too congested. Activities and amenities were fabulous. Room size and comfort were top notch.
It would have been nice if there was a snack shop available that served hot food items. Suggest safety bars to hold into while in the shower.

The property was advertised as a resort but lacked the luster that their sister property rivals down Hwy 192. this was a hotel at best with kitchen facilities and a fresh coat of paint, but the overall sense of security, comfort, and quietness it did not have! The check-in was pleasant with your typical time share conversation.
I didn’t feel that the dark parking lot behind Bldg 1 provided much peace of mind! The view of a field with maintenance shed/dumpster and mobile homes did not make me feel like it was a resort. The worst part was having to share your entrance with total strangers that were noisy all evening with slamming of doors and party well past 1am! The elevator wreaked of cannabis ? Then upon check out was told that management received complaints from other guests and nothing was done to tone it down. Finally upon leaving, the guests next to us spat on the common area floor before checking out ?

I used to come to this facility years before but its not as good as it used to be
The room was inadequate in terms of cleanliness. There was a smell when you entered and the bed sheets smelled of wet clothes left in the washer for many days. The bathroom had stains and hair in the sink. Didn't feel comfortable at all. We only stayed one night

This property is disgusting. My allergies and asthma has been flaring up since i left this place. Pet hair was all in the king size bed and the pillows smelled like wet dogs. You people need to do better. Also, this property is in need of a major update…

Let me just say Starr made my check in process a true highlight of my trip. After a long day she made it seamless, was personable and we had a good laugh. Appreciated her.
Resort was overall good. Getting ahold of desk for needs could be easier as we weren't able to get ahold of them in evening hours.

I really enjoyed that they had so much to do activity wise! Although I didn’t get to utilize them because of a busy panned schedule, I will definitely be returning and taking use of them in the near future! I appreciated the staff and their kindness! Everything was so clean and in tip top shape! Me and my family enjoyed our stay none the less and will be returning!
I can’t say anything bad about this property. This is a 100% fulfilling place to stay.

Loved everything, facilities were very clean, friendly staff. Comfortable beds, linen was clean and fresh. Travelled with 2 small kids and they enjoyed pools, hot tub, and arcade/game room. Will definitely be going back many more times. I got to rest comfortably while the kids enjoyed themselves. They also have a small movie theater on site but we didn’t have time to do that. Only spent 2 nights, but hopefully will spend a week next trip. This place is not in the middle of Orlando but close enough to all the parks and attractions. Can’t wait to go back!
