We had a great stay at Holiday Inn! Overall, our experience was really enjoyable, and it was a great place to stay while visiting Orlando. The resort was comfortable, convenient, and gave us a nice place to relax after busy days at the parks. We especially appreciated having a place where we could come back, unwind, and enjoy some downtime.

It was clean and close to the sports field where we were playing a tournament
The shower did not work properly, the walks are very this and kids ran and jumped above us until midnight and then starting again before 7 am. The door leading to the room that gave us and another tenant access to our rooms was constantly left open for anyone to access, it should have been a key entry to get into that room - someone knocked and rang our doorbell late at night, I didn’t feel safe for those reasons- just me and my son traveling,

ITS LAY OUT WAS GREAT, SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. ALMOST LIKE A APARTMENT LIVING AND THIS AND REASON WHY I CHOSE TO STAY HERE AGAIN.
WHAT I DID NOT LIKE IS THAT THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE LIVING AREA. BATHROOM TUB IS A SAFETY HAZARD WITH NO GRAB BARS TO SAFELY ENTER AND EXIT BATHTUB/SHOWER. YOU HAVE TO BE REALLY CAREFUL GETTING OUT AND IN. SAFETY IS AN ISSUE ESPECIALLY FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE.
