Very easy check in, pleasant staff, nice clean room and facilities.
Missing Splenda sweetener for coffee, the others give stomach upset. But just a little inconvenience, next time I'll bring my own.

Friendly staff, cleanliness
There is a sign located by the breakfast area stating "please let us know if you have any dietary issues". I asked one of the workers if there was anything gluten free ~ like bread and she had no idea what I was talking about. It would be nice if you had GF options for people like me. Thanks!

Friendly helpful staff
Shower didn’t work properly. Only half of the water came out of the shower head and the knob to pull up and start the shower was very difficult to pull. Also there was occasional noisy equipment sounds coming from somewhere but not from the air conditioner. Bed was not very comfortable. This was in room 219.

The breakfast was awful and FAR from excellent, as advertised here. Also, despite being on the 5th floor, there was a lot of noise at night.
